Once production, customization, or modification work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Service not delivered as promised
3. Non-Refundable Items

Customized caravan or van modification work
Advance booking amounts
Design and consultation charges
Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Refund Process
Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Share order details, photos, and issue description.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement may be offered instead of refund depending on the issue.
Replacement timelines depend on product availability.
